1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to PromptSeen AI (promptseen.ai), run by Gulshan Aggarwal from Delhi, India (“we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms of Service apply to our website, our free AI tools and our Android app PromptSeen AI (package ai.promptseen.app), together called the “Service”. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What PromptSeen AI Offers
PromptSeen AI is a free library of copy-paste text prompts for AI photo and video tools such as Google Gemini and ChatGPT, in English and Hindi, along with guides and simple free tools such as Image to Prompt, Gemini Prompt Generator, Background Remover and Barcode Generator. No account is needed. Our prompts are text instructions only: the images or videos are created by third-party AI services that you choose to use, not by PromptSeen AI.
3. Who Can Use the Service
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, please use the Service with the permission and guidance of a parent or guardian, and follow the age rules of any AI app you use with our prompts.
4. Acceptable Use
You may copy and use our prompts for your own personal and commercial creative projects. When you use our prompts or tools, you agree not to:
- Upload or edit photos of other people without their permission, or create images that could harass, embarrass or harm anyone.
- Create images or videos that pretend to show a real person, such as a politician, celebrity or public official, saying or doing something they did not, or present AI-generated images as real photos to mislead others.
- Create sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or any content involving minors in an inappropriate way.
- Use characters, logos or other material protected by copyright or trademark in a way that infringes the owner's rights.
- Break the terms or usage policies of the AI service you use (for example Google Gemini or OpenAI ChatGPT).
- Misuse the Service: send automated or bulk requests to our tools, try to bypass our anti-bot checks, scrape the website at scale, or interfere with its security or performance.
You are responsible for the images and content you create with AI tools and for how you share them.
5. Photos, Files and Text You Submit to Our Tools
Copying a prompt does not send your photo anywhere. If you upload a photo to ChatGPT, Gemini or another AI app, it goes to that service and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
Some of our own tools, such as Image to Prompt and the Gemini Prompt Generator, send the image or text you submit to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to produce your result. Others, such as the Barcode Generator, work only inside your browser. Please submit only content that you own or have permission to use. We do not claim ownership of what you submit. How this data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Our Content and Intellectual Property
The website design, code, logo, written guides, example images and the collection of prompts on PromptSeen AI belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may copy individual prompts for your own use and share links to our pages. You may not copy our articles, images or large parts of the prompt library to republish them on another website, app or channel, or clone our tools, without our written permission.
Brand and product names such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Instagram and YouTube belong to their owners. PromptSeen AI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
7. Advertising and Third-Party Services
PromptSeen AI is free because it shows ads through Google AdSense. We also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots) to run, measure and protect the Service. These services may use cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Privacy Policy, where you will also find how to manage cookies and personalised ads.
Our pages link to other websites and apps, such as AI tools, social media and Google Play. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
8. No Guarantee of AI Results
AI tools change often and do not always follow a prompt exactly. We test our prompts, but we cannot guarantee that a prompt will keep your face, clothes or other details exactly the same, or produce the same result in every app. The Service, including all prompts, tools and information, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PromptSeen AI and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from your use of the Service, from content you create with third-party AI tools, or from the Service being unavailable or interrupted.
10. Changes to the Service and Removal of Content
We may add, change or remove prompts, pages, tools or features at any time. We may block access to our tools for anyone who misuses them or breaks these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Service will be subject to the courts of Delhi, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
