Welcome to PromptSeen AI (promptseen.ai), run by Gulshan Aggarwal from Delhi, India (“we”, “our” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our website and our Android app PromptSeen AI (package ai.promptseen.app), how it is used, which third-party services are involved, and the choices you have.

In short: you can use PromptSeen AI without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, phone number or photos to browse or copy prompts. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, security and advertising, as explained below.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you give us: If you contact us through our Contact Us page or by email, we receive your name, email address and the message you send.
• Technical data (collected automatically): IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, screen size, language, approximate location (country/city level), referring website and the date and time of your visit.
• Usage data: Pages you view, links and buttons you click (for example “Copy”, “View Prompt” or a share button), searches you make in our site search, scrolling and time spent on pages.
• Cookie and device identifiers: Cookie IDs and similar identifiers set by us and by the third-party services described below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, government ID numbers or health information.

2. How We Use Information

• To run the website and app and show you the prompts, categories and tools you ask for.
• To understand which pages and prompts are useful, fix errors and improve the design and content.
• To show advertisements that help keep PromptSeen AI free.
• To protect the website from spam, bots, abuse and security threats.
• To reply to your messages and requests.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We and our partners use them for these purposes:

• Essential and security cookies: needed for the website to work and to protect it (for example, cookies set by Cloudflare to detect malicious traffic).
• Analytics cookies: help us count visits and understand how the site is used (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
• Advertising cookies: used by Google and its partners to show, measure and, where allowed, personalise ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the website may not work as expected.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

5. Analytics (Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity)

Google Analytics 4: We use Google Analytics to measure traffic, for example how many people visit, which pages they read and whether they arrived from the website, the installed web app or our Android app. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data such as IP address and device information. You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Microsoft Clarity: We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay, to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of pages and online activity. This information may also be used for site optimisation, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. 6. Other Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare: delivers our website quickly and securely. It processes technical data such as IP addresses to block attacks and bots. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts and public code libraries (CDNs): fonts and some tool scripts load from Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser downloads these files, those providers receive your IP address and browser information.
• Share buttons and external links: buttons such as WhatsApp share, or links to ChatGPT, Gemini, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Google Play, take you to other websites or apps. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave PromptSeen AI.

7. AI Tools, Prompts & Your Photos

• Prompts: When you copy a prompt, it is copied to your device's clipboard. If you then open ChatGPT, Gemini or another AI app and upload a photo there, that photo goes to that service, not to PromptSeen AI, and that service's privacy policy applies.
• Browser-based tools: Some of our free tools, such as the Barcode Generator, work entirely inside your browser. The data you type into them is not sent to our servers.
• Other tools: Where a tool needs to process a file or text you choose to submit, that content is used only to produce your result.
• Photos of others: Please upload only your own photos, or photos you have permission to use.

8. Consent & Your Choices

• Consent message: Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain US states may see a consent message, provided through Google's certified consent management platform. You can accept or decline the use of cookies and data for personalised ads there, and change your choice later from the privacy and cookie settings link shown by that message.
• Personalised ads: You can turn off personalised ads at any time in Google Ads Settings.
• Cookies: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Android app: You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your phone's Settings (Google > Ads).

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and US state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA) may give you the right to:

• access the personal data held about you,
• correct or delete it,
• withdraw consent or object to certain processing, including for personalised advertising,
• opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising (US residents), and
• complain to your local data protection authority.

Because we do not keep user accounts, most data about your visit is held by the third-party services named above. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will help you, including by pointing you to the right provider's tools.

10. Data Retention & Security

Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to reply and for our records. Analytics and advertising data is kept by Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare according to their own retention settings and policies. Our website is served only over secure HTTPS through Cloudflare, and we limit access to the data we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

11. Children's Privacy

PromptSeen AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Data Deletion Requests

PromptSeen AI (the website at promptseen.ai and the Android app) does not require an account, so we do not hold a profile about you.

To request deletion of your data:

1. Email us at support @ promptseen.ai with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. We will delete any messages and contact details you sent us, and request deletion of related analytics data where the provider allows it, within 30 days.

You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time to remove the identifiers stored on your device.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service or tool. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Please check this page periodically.
